Paid ads management that turns budget into booked customers

We plan, build and run paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and retargeting networks for Lexington, Georgetown and Central Kentucky businesses—then tie every dollar back to calls, forms and sales.

01 Why it matters

Ads aren't expensive. Wasted ads are.

Most local businesses don't have an ad problem. They have a tracking problem, a landing page problem or a follow-up problem that makes ads look expensive. Our paid ads management starts by fixing the plumbing: conversion tracking that records real calls and form fills, landing pages built for one action, and a lead-handling process that responds before your competitor does.

From there we put budget where intent is highest. Search ads catch people who are ready to buy right now. Facebook and Instagram ads build demand and fill your calendar before someone ever types your service into Google. Retargeting brings back the visitors who almost converted. Each channel has a job, a budget and a number it's measured against.

Because we're based in Georgetown and work across the Bluegrass, we know how different a campaign in Lexington looks from one in Cynthiana or Paris. Search volume, competition and cost per click vary a lot from county to county, so we build geo-targeting around where your customers actually are—not a lazy 50-mile radius.

02 What’s included

Everything your paid ads program needs to perform.

No black boxes. Here’s exactly what we handle for you.

Multi-channel strategy

A channel mix built around your margins and sales cycle: Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, Meta, YouTube and retargeting.

Tracking that's actually right

GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking and offline conversion imports so the platforms optimize for customers, not clicks.

Landing pages that convert

Fast, focused landing pages for each campaign with one clear offer and one obvious next step.

Smart geo-targeting

Radius, ZIP code and county targeting tuned for Scott, Fayette, Harrison and the surrounding counties.

Weekly optimization

Search term mining, negative keywords, bid strategy tuning, creative testing and budget shifts every single week.

Plain-English reporting

A live dashboard plus a monthly call covering spend, leads, cost per lead and exactly what we're changing next.

Paid Ads questions.

How much should a small business spend on paid ads?

It depends on your industry and goals, but you need enough budget to generate meaningful data in the first month—ideally enough for at least 15–30 leads at your expected cost per lead. On a strategy call we'll estimate cost per click and cost per lead for your service in your market before you commit a dollar to ad spend.

Which is better for my business: Google Ads or Facebook ads?

Google Ads captures existing demand—people actively searching for what you sell. Facebook and Instagram ads create demand by putting your offer in front of the right people before they search. Most Central Kentucky businesses win with Google for high-intent leads and Meta for promotions, recruiting, events and retargeting. We'll recommend a split based on your margins and sales cycle.

How long does it take to see results from PPC?

Search campaigns can produce leads within days of launch. Expect the first 30–60 days to be a learning period while the algorithms gather conversion data and we refine keywords, audiences and creative. Most accounts settle into a predictable cost per lead by month two or three.

Will I own my ad accounts?

Yes. Your Google Ads, Meta Business and analytics accounts belong to your business, and we're added as a manager. If we ever part ways, you keep everything—campaigns, data and history.

Is ad spend separate from your management fee?

Yes. Ad spend is billed directly by Google and Meta to your business's payment method, so you always see exactly what was spent. Our management fee is separate and transparent.

Can you fix campaigns another agency set up?

Absolutely. An audit of an existing account is a great place to start. We'll show you where budget is leaking—broad keywords, missing negatives, broken tracking, weak landing pages—and fix it.
